Dota 2 Troubleshooting Update Stuck Connection Timeout

Steam Update Stuck while updating Dota 2

1. Download TCPViewer.
2. Extract dan double click TCPView.exe.
3. Open steam, find process steam.exe in TCPView.
4. Right click Steam.exe then click close connection.
5. ???
6. DONE!
7. Try updating again.

Solve:
1. Go to > Steam\settings\download & cloud tab
2. Change download region
3. Change approximate speed
4. DONE
5. Try updating again

or you can try:
1. Exit Steam client
2. Go to C:\Program Files\Steam
3. Rename ClientRegistry.blob to ClientRegistryOld.blob
4. DONE
5. Try updating again
